Convini Care provides home and community-based support for adults and children with developmental disabilities and long-term care needs. Our services include habilitation, respite, and attendant care—delivered at home or in the community throughout Arizona

You give so much of yourself — at work, at home, and in caring for your loved one. We’re here to provide the support you deserve, so you can find balance beyond caregiving and know your loved one is in good hands.
For parents interested in becoming paid caregivers, Arizona’s Parents as Paid Caregivers (PPCG) program offers an opportunity to provide care while receiving compensation. For those enrolled in this program, we also try to work with your insurance to work along side you, if requested, providing a weekly caregiver support to give you a break (Respite). We tailor our Medical Care service to meet each patient’s specific needs, including customized care plans and personal consultations to address individual health concerns.

When you start working with us, while we're waiting to assign your caregiver, we'll go through a simple orientation with you. We put together a care plan based on your loved ones care team, which consists of someone close to them (perhaps that's you!), a member of the Convini Leadership Team, and your Case Manager.
The care plan will determine that types of activities that will occur throughout the week. In terms of hours per week, it varies, we're seeing anywhere between 10-25 hours per week on average. Sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more
